I have very bad experience with CMP automotive service department. (The cost of coolent is $40 to $65 . But this CMP service team Katherine & manager charges me $500 ). I had a coolant leaking problem , engine light on and the car fan was keep running. When I visited in the CMP automotive service. The attendant was Katherine Schmidt. She noted my all the problems & she make 3 different kind bills before enter the vehicle, the total cost was $700 (each $250). When I explain I can’t pay these much without checks, then she said our machine department will check everything & the cost could be less if there problem will be less. you have to leave your vehicle.next day she call me & said the problem in coolent, the cost will $250 for coolant and our diagnostic charges is $267 . The cost will be $517 . I said if you can make any Discount please do . Still the cost is high $517 , even the only coolent problem. Then she make an amount $503 as in the bills. Finally when I took my car on Friday evening & then I started in the morning the problem was same , the fan sound was keep running, after open the bonet coolant was leaking, engine light. When I visited again in CMP SERVICE department. Katherine was not there on Saturday. Other services man told sir our machines & Katherine is not available today. You have leave you vehicle here . She will check on Monday. Then I left my car again. On Monday Even she didn’t call me until 11:30am When I call to her regarding my vehicle , then she told me we will charge $260 for diagnose fee again , even they have fault, I explained to her Mam it was same problem, even I pay already $500 . She said no , this is our policy to recheck the problem need to change again $260. She said our machine will give again time to check. Then I said what about my time 4 days let my vehicle in your machine, still not to fix ,same problem , even you guys charge $500 . Which I paid already. Then she said if there will be same problem we will no charge, if there will be new problems then we will charge, then I said you can hear the fan sound , leaking oil and engine light. The problem is same , why you guys try to find another problem even not fix the 1st problem, why I should pay again machine fee $260 . She said it’s our policy. Then I talk with machine department manager, he is also same useless person rather the solution or solving the problem. I don’t have below 0 graid. So I can give to service manager and understand the customer problem. The cost of coolent is $40 to $65 . But this CMP service department Katherine & manager charges me $500 . You guys can review in the bills , what they done or not . I’m thinking about the mechanic what they check in my vehicle even the problem was same. And they are agree to recheck , instead Katherine & manager said will charge services fess. For what I should I pay again. I told them I already pay $500 , even my Vichle still same problem. Finally I took my vehicle without they fix the problem in car & lost $500. I said thanks 1st and last visit in CMP Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC 1313 , 36 street N.E. More
The service Department on Nov 13th 2023 9:15am I dropped my Truck off for wheel Alignment. When I pick my Truck up at 3:30pm. I received my truck and pulled out of the bay and I started hear a ticking comin my Truck off for wheel Alignment. When I pick my Truck up at 3:30pm. I received my truck and pulled out of the bay and I started hear a ticking coming from my calliper. So I turned back and pulled into the bay where I went to talk with Seamus Toner to explain the sounds that’s coming from my calliper. He walk away to ask a coworker about it and then came back to me and told me there’s nothing he can do and that I have to figure it out myself! So I had to pull out of the bay and park in the parking lot and Jack up my Truck and take each wheel off and tighten the callipers. This complete xxxxxxxxx service. I’ve been coming here for 5years now and the experience make me thinking about not coming back… I would like also to make a comment about their survey they alway send out after service and I always do them. But this time I had a bad experience and now they don’t send it out!? Funny how that work. I’m a Vary loyal customer but this kinda service will couse me take my business elsewhere… More

I ended up buying a 2014 Silverado High Country and I was excited to find my dream truck. I paid cash with all my savings and thought I made a good decision. Well a thousand kilometres later I’ve had to invest 10+ grand. Was promised it would pass an out of province yet failed miserably. The service department butchered the alignment and when they delivered it the front tires were ruined. The serpentine belt was split in two and it had no muffler either. Cost me just under 3000$ to get an out of province pass. Then after owning it less than a month the transmission failed. 7000$ later my truck is now functioning as intended like it was promised. The service department manager has ghosted me now going on over a month. Was promised that they would refund for some of the work needed to pass the out of province but to no avail nothing. So now here I sit frustrated, taken advantage of, out of savings and in debt. Worst off they sent me on a test drive with my two boys knowing the alignment was faulty(relieved nothing happens while on Deerfoot). I brought it up when returning after and was assured that the alignment would be looked at before delivery. Just no care taken. They don’t care about their customers. Dirt and greese on the leather back seat and carpet Dirt and greese on front seet xxxx on the floor red paint on the windows and a deep cut in the paint I had just paid over 6 thousand to paint.in total I paid almost 18 thousand not including cost to rent anoter unit and get that a filthy car because I live out of the province and CMP was angry that I called GM to get CMP to talk to me More
I wanted to make an apt for 1pm or later to bring my work truck into shop for repair. The advisor told me that I could make an appointment however. I ended up taking my truck to another dealership which does look at the car when you make an appointment. I called to get my previous invoice, and was given a total run around. They wanted to me send over my DL plus the registry of the vehicle. Given that the truck was at wolf gmc dealership i didn't have access to the registration I made the suggestion to have them send the invoice directly to Wolf. Then it would dealership to dealership. I was left on hold for over 15 mins as i had to call back to confirm the email was sent. Nobody bothered to confirm that it was sent. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. More
I recently brought my 2016 sierra in and the whole passenger side of my truck, led lights did not work, I paid them to look into it. They had stated I needed all new headlight lights and taillights passenger side of my truck, led lights did not work, I paid them to look into it. They had stated I needed all new headlight lights and taillights which in turn would have over 2 thousand dollars. I dug more into it and found it to be a basic fuse and replaced it myself for $2.50 and everything works as it should, don’t go here for any electrical work! More

2nd time in for service for our 2018 spark. I was told an hour and a half. 2 and a half hours later and AGAIN having to ask about where my car was...im done with the dealership and will take our car elsewher hour and a half. 2 and a half hours later and AGAIN having to ask about where my car was...im done with the dealership and will take our car elsewhere.not busy at all..im sorry we had to yet again deal with this kind of service..1st time was 5 hours for an oil change and the service attendant didnt listen and called a number we said NOT TO CALL!! He had the right number.. Done with crap service ohhh ya then had to wait 20 min to have car washed after service which again was only to be 1 and a half hours.. More

PLUS a 7am appointment does NOT guarantee your vehicle will be looked at in the morning but it does guarantee service wil this place is AWESOME......
