A special mention needs to made of Phil Mitchell who went above and beyond to make the deal happen and more importantly was a man of his word when I had to back out of the deal. Excellent service I went in to get a part for my roof rack that had fallen off. John in the parts dept. was very helpful. I then got an oil change in the express lane- I went in to get a part for my roof rack that had fallen off. John in the parts dept. was very helpful. I then got an oil change in the express lane- there was no lineup. I waited in the waiting area that is fully equipped with tea/coffee magazines and a big tv. I had prompt service and to my surprise Nissan had given my car a wash ; which was much needed. All around excellent service! I will be using this dealership for all my future service.
