Excellent experience I bought a used vehicle from this dealership that wasn't even a Hyundai. The experience itself was very good but what really impressed me was what hap I bought a used vehicle from this dealership that wasn't even a Hyundai. The experience itself was very good but what really impressed me was what happened after I got the vehicle home. I noticed a scratch on it that I had not previously seen--which I think happened when the dealer sent the vehicle out for some aftermarket parts I asked for. I called the dealership and they went above and beyond to fix the problem. They paid to have an auto-body shop repaint an entire door and it looks amazing. I would definitely deal with them again. Service Department admits they are horrible at their jobs. I have recieved 2 years of poor customer service at Burlington Hyundai. I documented 8 incidents and sent this email to Hyundai Canada and Vince Jone I have recieved 2 years of poor customer service at Burlington Hyundai. I documented 8 incidents and sent this email to Hyundai Canada and Vince Jones owner of Burlington Hyundai. Neither cared to help me. Hyundai Canada wants to let the dealership handle it and Vince Jones sent me a generic apology. The service I have received at Burlington Hyundai has been beyond deficient and frustrating, The staff in the service department treat me like I'm an extreme aggravation every time I come into the service department. They no longer hide their annoyance the second I walk through the door. The Customer Service Reps are extremely rude and argumentative on the phone and in person. They always deflect blame and have no empathy for all the problems I've had with my service at Burlington Hyundai. I’m very uncomfortable leaving my car with Burlington Hyundai and now will have to take my car to an alternative dealership 35 minutes away. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Poor Service and Rude Employees We went to this dealer to check out a Honda crv. The day we went, the car was priced at $10,000 and when we told the dealer we were interested, he sa We went to this dealer to check out a Honda crv. The day we went, the car was priced at $10,000 and when we told the dealer we were interested, he said there was a pricing error and the price is now $14k. We then decided to leave and talk to the manager about it another day because she was not in. When we came back the manager said it was always at $14k. Luckily we had taken pics of the car and showed it to the manager who then said we either have to buy the car for 14k or get it from somewhere else. This place has terrible customer service and we are never going back. More

I am being told now that it is very possible that my rust warrenty is now void because I didn't bring a sheet of paper for them to sign annually while my service is being completed. My question is why can't they at least remind me to bring it? Or why can't they provide me with this sheet of annual inspection? It seems like it would be a pretty simple service to provide to a customer. Also, When I moved away to another province, Hyundai continually called my parents house for me to come in for service. When they explained that I lived in another province, over and over and over again, they still continued to call despite the fact that I was having all the necessary work completed in Newfoundland. They actually told my parents that there was no way to change this in the system and that they would simply continue to call and my parents would have to continue to explain that I no longer lived with them. It's ridiculous that these simple communications cannot occur. I will probably buy another Hyundai vehicle because I've had two and they've been great, but I can tell you that it definitely will not be purchased from Burlington Hyundai. More

Sell with No service I got a few problems with my brand new Genesis coupe. Hyundai Burlington always simply reset the computers over and over again. I had a leak in a ti I got a few problems with my brand new Genesis coupe. Hyundai Burlington always simply reset the computers over and over again. I had a leak in a tire, they were not even able to fix it, I had to go to a no name garage to get it done. I believe I went there about 5 times and they never fixed anything. I end up going to Guelph Hyundai where I got a very good service and they fixed everything at the first appointment. I would never go back to Burlington Hyundai. More
2012 Elantra limited has pulled to the left since the day I picked it up, and has never driven straight. Yet even after multiple visits to this service department, each time with their recommendation for an I picked it up, and has never driven straight. Yet even after multiple visits to this service department, each time with their recommendation for an alignment, 7 actually over a 2 years period, it still pulls. Now it is also pulling to the right. This is extremely frightening on the highway as you are continually fight to keep it going forward, and not end up in on coming traffic or in the ditch. Last time I took it to this service team, the Service Manager basically told me this pull is a characteristic of the car, and there is nothing they can do about it. Research on-line consistantly cites this as a problem, yet Hyundai does not have a cure. More

Take car back and chat with the 12 year old mechanic behind the desk who later advises me that they ordered wrong part and installed that part anyway . Every time i have taken my car here ,parts always need to be ordered which means time off work and lack of use of my car Also there advertised drive through service one is non existent ,more like book a service 1 (simple oil change) in a week s time . Basically dealership cannot handle the volume of service requests and although they say they are expanding ,that excuse ran stale years ago . I have decided to take my crap box SUV to another dealer for service issues and anxiously await the day when my car is paid for so that i can buy a better possibly domestic vehicle More
I purchased a '09 Accent with 26km for 9k cash. Even before my first oil change the car started to make all sorts or noises. A knocking from the back suspension , a clicking / hissing noise from the clu before my first oil change the car started to make all sorts or noises. A knocking from the back suspension , a clicking / hissing noise from the clutch and now needs a complete break job. I sent an Email to the service department to have these problems looked at and have not had a reply in about five days. I am very disappointed with the quality of workmanship and follow up service that this dealership provides. More
