Had my tiburon in for service several times, on at least three occasions car came out worse than it went in. Timing belt and other belts replaced - caused a loud squeal in power steering (belt replaced b three occasions car came out worse than it went in. I bought a new 2011 Sonata with the optional $2000.00 so call NAV sytstem. The nav has never worked right from the begining, the bluetooth and voice control do not work right either. I go to the dealer BURLINGTON HYUNDAI and after explaining ( at least 6 times )all the things the system will not do ( but should) and having the mechanic correct my grammer in the middle of my explanation (incorrectly) I will add, At this point I'm having serious doubts about their ability or desire to actually repair the car. So I leave it with them, thinking it will take a day or two to resolve if possible the problems. Guess what? An HOUR and a half later! I got a printout on how to do the bluetooth ( strange because the problem has nothing to do with the user, its a system problem ) and as for the $2000.00, so called NAV SYSTEM, oh ya he drove the car around the block and DECLARED IT FIXED.
