Pretty fabulous service experience. Katie and Andrea totally accommodated a change to the time of my service appointment plus still fit me in when I was 45 minutes late! New tires were waiting for me, paperwork was all ready and Andrea even took my puppy for a short walk while I signed in. John was gracious enough to drive both myself and my dog home.
