After driving Mercedes Benz cars for 20 years in other countries, I was scouting to buy a different luxury brand in Canada. He very patiently answered all my questions about the X5 and 750i and readily arranged for me to test drive both vehicles. Cliff gave me space to think about the test drive experience and did not pressure me to make a rushed decision even though he knew I would be test driving the competition's brands like Audi, Porsche and JLR. When I returned to Budds a week later and asked for another test drive, Cliff allowed me to test three cars on my own and for as long as I wished. I truly appreciated this gesture for it allowed me to experience the vehicles without anyone looking over my shoulder and making me self-conscious. Cliff is a sincere professional and I felt reassured he was feeding me honest advice rather than a sales spiel. When we struck a deal to lease a new X5 Cliff actively listened to my needs and preferences, and was accommodating in structuring a package I was happy with.
