Although this was my first time experience with BMW, it was not my first time buying from Lee. In fact I have purchased a total of five cars from Lee over the years and I can honestly say I am now driving was not my first time buying from Lee. Lee knows his product inside out which is most helpful and frankly, I count on it. But even better than his deep product knowledge is the attention he pays to me and what I want from a car. I know when he makes a recommendation it is because he understands my priorities and driving requirements. My experience with him over the years has been consistent in this regard - when he recommends something to me, it has always worked out to be just what I want and in my best interests. The car is great - it performs exactly as Lee said it would and I am really pleased with it. More importantly, though, I also know that the first sign of any problem Lee will be there to help me. And like I said THAT confidence is why I now drive a BMW! More
