Be careful when dealing with Budds' Certain things like Air conditioning could go wrong when you buy a vehicle in winter. We bought our Buick in November 2017 and told AC works fine. Bill was professional but also extremely personable. I did not feel pressured to make a decision or to buy anything from Bill or Robert. I was able to make a well informed choice and bought a vehicle that was best for me, a 2017 Traverse. I felt very comfortable and I would buy from Bill again. I highly recommend others to buy at Budd's of Oakville from Bill. More

My family and I have been Budds customers since 2000 their sales department sure can sell you a BMW but there service department makes you regret it each time you have to bring it in for service. We have had four 3 Series, one x5 and 2 M vehicles. We have had numerous issues with the service department followed up with poor customer skills dealing with the problems. On our most recent visit again with another issue with the service department they're fixed operations manager told us to take our x5m and our business to another facility which is still under warranty. That was his customer service skills in full effect, he said the general manager would be in contact with us and no contact was made in well over a month until a google poor google review was posted. More

I brought my car in for service Raja was professional, courteous and efficient with his dealings with me. He arranged for me to have a renat car for the day as they were unsure how Raja was professional, courteous and efficient with his dealings with me. He arranged for me to have a renat car for the day as they were unsure how long the programming service would take. (Although it wasn't a surprise to me that I was going to be charged a small fee for the rental of the car I felt that being a liftime BMW aand loyal owner I shouldn't have been but of course I didnt mention it). He called me, as promised a few hours later to tell me my car was ready for pick up and he was there to greet me and had everything ready for my arrival. He also was faced with a personal issue I had that he dealt with in the most compassionate manner. He was very kind and I will always remember that! More
Week car breakdown Car broke down on Saturday. Called Budds ..then tow company Picked up car and delivered it the Budds Oakville. Monday morning Budds called confirmed Car broke down on Saturday. Called Budds ..then tow company Picked up car and delivered it the Budds Oakville. Monday morning Budds called confirmed car was being evaluated and would call back with diagnostic. Budds called back . To my pleasant surprise the informed me the car was fixed and was covered under warranty and would I need a shuttle to Budds. This was 1:30 they picked me up at two . Beyond my expectations! Car was enevn washed ! Through this first time experience I was supported by Moe Kassab through prompt emails . Moe guided and assured me throughout Hats off to this excellent experience with Budds and their professional staff Hope I wasn’t too over the top but they did come through ! More
