Excellent until warrantee program expired. As noted service was excellent through warrantee period and service people were unfailingly friendly and courteous although sometimes hard to reach on As noted service was excellent through warrantee period and service people were unfailingly friendly and courteous although sometimes hard to reach on the phone. After that a series of expensive issues and questionable repairs soured me on my otherwise excellent to drive 2011 BMW X3. First the park assist system stopped working. Blamed on corrosion in wiring harness. Although fixed at great expense by Budds the system still shuts down temporarily after any rainfall so I expect it will eventually stop completely again due to "corrosion". Budds assumed no responsibility for faulty original fix. Also problem with right-side "window trap warning" Budd;s initially replaced widow motor on passenger side in 2017 which subsequently failed completely again after one year due, I believe, to faulty original fix. Again Budds accepted no responsibility and after much griping on my part ended up replacing both front window mechanisms and gave me a modest break on labour costs. I could go on but the final element of disappointment, which is not Budd's fault, is that the front seat leatherette upholstery is already wearing out after 112000 kilos. First time this has ever happened to any car I have owned. Led taillights have failed twice. I could go on....My other vehicle, a 2003 C240 Mercedes, owned since new, soldiers on with no comparable faults and upholstery (leather) that shows no sign of wear. Although I really like the driving experience of my X3 I will look long and hard before I purchase another BMW. More

Overpriced and underwhelmed As a previous long time Lexus driver, I am accustomed to excellent driving experience and 10+ service rating at my dealerships. This was my first new off the truck purchase and I must say I am really missing the Lexus experience. I feel Budds has grown immensely over the last few years but they have lost the touch when it comes to customer attention. A very busy shop, extremely long waits for service, unprofessional staff behaviour at times, and little to no follow up from the salesperson, once I signed the agreement to purchase. More
Poor service and i heard it from a lot of people but I still had been taking my car there since i purchased it. BUT no longer will. I took the car in for oil cha and i heard it from a lot of people but I still had been taking my car there since i purchased it. BUT no longer will. I took the car in for oil change and came back with a check engine light. Tech reset the check engine after waiting an hour and now my car is showing service is over due again. When speaking with the front desk they said for me to ignore it or they can rescan the car again for what service needs to be done. The car was with service all day and I still had to wait an hour after my car was ready. PLUS no car wash there is white liquid all over the side of my car. Plus when i purchased the car I only got 1 key when i asked the sales rep he said they shipped it out. I asked for the shipping details and he was unable to provide it and basically ignore the conversation. I am still waiting for my Key and its been 1 1/2 years. More

Motorcycle first service I have dealt with John Parker for a number of years and I know that he and his staff can be trusted. If John says something should be done, then do it. My old R1200RT was 10 years old and always ran great thanks to John. Hopefully he’ll keep my new RT running for as long. Hopefully he will not retire. More
