Had to go to senior management to finally get authorization to have work covered under warranty. This included windshield replacement, painting of a door and polishing of the car to remove all the light scratches. When the car was returned, NONE of the light scratches were removed. It appears all that was done was an attempt at a wax job. And yet, $500 was charged to the insurance company for the “polish”. No one went over the car with me when I picked it up. I eventually took the car to another BMW and the job was properly done without any hesitation and excellent service. They also repaired the damage to the leather seat that Budd insisted was not covered by warranty. I have no issues with Budd’s sales team, especially one in particular, but once the sale is done, and you need maintenance service, it is far from acceptable. Business should be about returning customers and maintenance service/warranty work is probably the most important factor. More

3rd time disappointing experience I bought BMW electric car from this dealership and have had it serviced 3 times. Each time I get the car returned to me not charged at the end of the I bought BMW electric car from this dealership and have had it serviced 3 times. Each time I get the car returned to me not charged at the end of the service, despite being assured that it would be. This time I was assured when I made the appointment that the car would be fully charged so I could make the 2 hr trip home. I also asked that I receive a text when the car was finished NOT an email as I had no access to email while I was in Oakville. When I returned to get my car (no text telling me that it was ready) I found that the car was ready 2 hrs earlier and that I was emailed. When I went to get the car it was not charged and was sitting directly beside the charger for the entire time and not plugged in (close to 2 hrs). I plugged the car in to get something before I started home and then realized that there was a quick charge outside - I had to find this out myself. When I got my car out to the quick charge and after getting that started (took several minutes) it faulted. By now it was supper time so I put the car back on the regular charger and went for supper. All in all... this leaves me totally unsatisfied with the service experience for my electric car. It never changes. I must say the staff is always polite, and helpful, but for my specific experience polite and helpful is not useful. Since there is no other place to get this car serviced I do have to come back to Budd's BUT I hope that the next time you actually take my review seriously and provide me with a better experience. More

I developed a confident relationship with him and am very happy with car I bought most recently, the second car I bought through Brent. I was happy with the first car but for various reasons decided to make a change after a little m9re than a year. Service at Budds also has been excellent, although I find the seasonal tire storage fee to be excessive. More
