Since this was our first experience with Budds BMW, however, we were very impressed with them. Vijay, the person who sold us the car, was very attentive to our questions and provided timely responses to every one. He also did a great job buying out our other two BMWs from under lease as part of the package. We have also been very impressed by the professionalism and product knowledge of Rob and James, the two “product geniuses” who helped us understand the new features on this car. More
