Brent was respectful, careful and knowledgeable but most impressive was his keen sense to see if we could find the right car at the right price that worked for Budds and for us. And we did. Perfectly. So the purchase experience was great. However, the standout experience was that rather then the end of a journey, the purchase was the beginning of a journey. The car preparation, the contact with the front office, the process for payment and most importantly, the experience picking it up, being assigned an associate who spent all the time we needed to get to know the car, the features, and raise our comfort level to be on the road was exceptional. This was incredible. Usually the process after your sale is quite robotic. At Budds we quickly felt that this is a company that understands that surviving and flourishing in the car business is not based in sales but in relationships. On big difference between this dealership here the dealership I deal with in the US while my car is in for service for more than a day they provide a loaner car free of charge. This not only applies to my BMW when I take it in for a issue, I get the same service from the Audi dealership. Here when my car is in for service I’m told I’ll be charged $25 a day for a loaner. This is definitely an incentive to have my car serviced in the US when possible. More
