Great service on my BMW 535x Called the dealership Saturday morning. My car was running hot. It was recommended that I bring my car in right away for a check over. Following a quick diagnostic I was advised not to drive my car until they did more thorough testing. Alex was very helpful in explaining what the possible problems were, booked me for repair Monday. Alex was excellent in all our dealings. He stayed on top of the issue and kept me apprised of what was going on. ETA of repair completion etc. When it turned out that I had to leave my car overnight, Alex was quick to arrange a rental for me. I haven't been that impressed by Budd's service in the past but Alex changed that with this most recent repair issue. The More

He was very cognizant of the fact that I was waiting for my car and that I had to leave by a certain time. He gave me an estimated time for the service to be done. I was pleasantly surprised when he came to tell me that my car was washed and ready for pick up ten minutes earlier than expected. Very impressed with Alex! More

They don't care whether you deal with them or not My vehicle is only 3 years old, just over 30000km on it, but needs new brakes because of corrosion. I was told that it was basically my fault for not My vehicle is only 3 years old, just over 30000km on it, but needs new brakes because of corrosion. I was told that it was basically my fault for not driving it enough. When I bring the car in for scheduled maintenance they don't check the brakes. They keep the car all day to do scheduled maintenance but do the bare minimum. I have had bad experience with them before with another vehicle. They had the car all day, then called me at 5:30pm to tell me that they are not finished. Did not provide a loaner, instead told me I had 30 min to get to Enterprise before they closed for the day to get a loaner and charged me $35/day. When you question management about this they don't have anything to say. BMW Canada has no control over individual dealers. So they basically can do what they want, which is ripping people off. A new brake job will cost me almost twice as much as what other reputable auto shops will charge. Budd's has let me down too many times now. I will not come here again. More

He outlined the maintenance process in detail, and his shop was actually able to perform all requested work a day ahead of schedule. He even called to advise me to pick up bike earlier as he was keeping an eye on incoming rainy weather. The bike was clean and all work was done to my satisfaction. John's new tire recommendation was excellent. Although Budd's is about 50 km from where I live, it was worth the trip, I would do it again. More
