This has been the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had with an RV dealership. I would not recommend buying from Bucars RV. My partner and I purchased a brand-new trailer in 2024. The sales experience was actually great — Wayne was personable, helpful, and took his time with us, which is ultimately why we chose to buy here. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after the purchase. The service department is extremely disappointing. We brought our trailer in multiple times for the same issue — a door that would not close properly. Each visit cost us time and money, and the issue was never resolved. Instead, we were repeatedly told the problem was due to us “not being level,” despite clearly showing the issue to technicians in person on several occasions. By the fourth visit, we were told the repair was no longer under warranty and that we would have to pay out of pocket — even though the issue had been reported from the beginning and never fixed. That is completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the way we were treated. One of the service staff, Matthew, was particularly unprofessional — I was laughed at, spoken to rudely, and made to feel like the situation was somehow my fault. It was eventually discovered that the wrong door had been inspected the entire time, which explains why nothing was fixed — yet we were still blamed for the mistake. When I escalated the issue to the manager, it was resolved in the moment and we were assured we would not be charged. However, the overall experience left us with zero trust in the service department. Now, six months later, I’ve received an email about unpaid invoices related to this same issue. When I called to resolve it, I again spoke with Matthew, who responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way, which only reinforced the negative experience. Between multiple product issues (including faulty components) and consistently poor service, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. It’s unfortunate because the sales side was excellent, but the after-sale support has been unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to consider this before purchasing here. More
I'm in the early stages of the purchase process, and also expressed interest in attending a couple of educational classes. Although they didn't currently have any used motorhomes that were in my budget, Wayn expressed interest in attending a couple of educational classes. Although they didn't currently have any used motorhomes that were in my budget, Wayne still spent time answering my questions, showing me the features and a rundown on the free classes that Bucars runs. He also took the time to show me one of the class A motorhomes that they had on the lot. I will keep an eye on their used inventory and hopefully find something within my budget. More
I will use Bucars again! We bought a new travel trailer at Bucars in 2016 and just traded it in on a 2024 model. No pressure from sales team and service has been very good. They have limited service on weekends (only 1 tech 9-5 on Saturday, closed Sundays) Lisa in Sales was very personable and worked to find us a trailer that matched our needs. Mariassa and Chris in the Service Dept are great to deal with and are very busy, but still able to fit in a same day emergency repair for loyal customers. More
Bought a brand new 2023 trailer at Bucars RV a number of month ago and everybody seemed happy towards me till they had the money. As soon as I took it home to get it ready for my first long 8,000km trip I f month ago and everybody seemed happy towards me till they had the money. And sure enough 1500km out I had to pay out of my pocket to have all the wheel bearings replaced due to running dry. More
We took our Class B in for warranty work , they have the rudest most disrespectful female service agent. Gum popping with an attitude an absolute horror to deal with. First she tried to tell us we didn’t have warranty coverage we had to call coachmen to straighten her out. We got our van booked in and she threw the work order at us and the yelled KEYS! And shook her hand impatiently at us. She’s rude on the phone just a nightmare to deal with.. Also we had a few items stolen from our class B while it was in their care electric shaver , USB charger and cable and a multi tool . Sent an email to management/ owners with concerns about this employee but never got a response. Will never go back and would recommend you steer clear of this business More

Bought a new RV in October 2022, walk through Nov 11th, after payment. The work list was quite a bit, required new awnings etc. then deadly silence. 4 Month later after a couple of calls, still no calls or after payment. Bucars seems to be nice until they get paid, then nothing. I visited last weekend, spoke to service and told manager would call Monday, well of course not. They don’t seem to care. I’m probably hooped as they still have my RV, coming up to 5 months… and I still don’t have it. If only they would show the same level of care after you buy something. Still waiting for your call Bucars!! More
I went to Bucars RV in Balzac last Wednesday afternoon to look at a trailer that they had on managers special. Like anyone looking for a used trailer, I like to wheel and deal. So I offered them 5,000 less than what they were asking, fully excepting them to come back with a counter offer. To my surprise, I was informed by the salesman that the sales manger said my offer was a non-starter and was an insult to them. They wouldn't even give me a counter offer unless I brought up my offer first. The price I offered them was the exact same price my friends had paid for their trailer from a different dealer. I will admit that my friends trailer is a couple years older than the one I was looking at, but their trailer is also a top of the line Denali 5th wheel with 3 slides. Needless to say I left, and I'm not sure if I will ever visit this store again. If you're gonna sell a trailer, you have to be prepared to negotiate. If you are thinking about buying a trailer from Bucars save yourself some hassle and don't. More

Never again will we support or send people to Bucars. We’ve had our trailer less than 3 years. Bought brand new and have put less than 5000k’s on it and the tires are all cracked. When we called they’re response was basically you’re SOL. Of course our warranty just ran out too. This isn’t the first issue we had with the trailer either. It was in and out of the shop the first three years we had it and now we’re facing yet another breakdown on a brand new product. Careful where you buy from. More
