Awesome customer service! After finding parts of a broken spring, I dropped into my local dealer to see what they could do. Within minutes the service advisor, George, had my c After finding parts of a broken spring, I dropped into my local dealer to see what they could do. Within minutes the service advisor, George, had my car in the shop and a loaner vehicle for me to use. As George said "You can't drive it like that, it could cause more damage!". Unsure about warranty coverage since I have 156K on my 2012 Elantra, the dealer had replaced the spring at no cost to me and I had my car back the very next morning. I couldn't have asked for better treatment and service. Summit Hyundai have always put my needs first and this was just one more example of making sure I had worry free driving.
