He's thorough, explains each facet of the work to be done. Most significantly, he patiently listens to my concerns, questions and the unavoidable but occasional frustration I may experience. He then makes a caring effort to deal with them. As for the actual service... it's always done correctly and within the time frame I'm given when I arrive.
