Service experience My car was towed to Summit Hyundai due to a flashing engine light. I was expecting the worst and was very anxious about what the outcome would be, and My car was towed to Summit Hyundai due to a flashing engine light. I was expecting the worst and was very anxious about what the outcome would be, and how I would be treated. I was called that afternoon and told it was my coil. I provided a new coil. I was called and told that my computer had to be replaced due to the coil shorting out and ruining my computer system. I was so upset by this. Mike told me he was able to get it covered by Hyundai Canada, and refund me for the coil part. He also put me into a loaner car, free of charge. I didn't get my car back for a week, as the original coil was faulty and no one knew. I had full use the whole time of the loaner car, and my car was fixed with a new computer, and coil, all free of charge..even the labor! I was also given a complimentary car wash. Mike was very friendly and kept me up to date on my car at all times. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. He expressed that he felt bad that I was out of my car for so long. I was very impressed with Mikes customer service, as I had heard many bad things about this dealership before. I would definitely return to Summit Hyundai, and request Mike for my cars future service and maintenance needs. - Jessica Rafuse More

Excellent service employee (Sara) Came with a starter problem. Decided to add in regular servicing and undercoating. She explained very clearly the costs and the planned service. She kept me updated through the day on the service being done and the cost. She even arranged for a shuttle to pick up my wife and take her to work the next day. Very much appreciated. Sara was very personable and created an atmosphere of cooperation to get my car repaired. I haven't been using Hyundai for all my service needs, esp. since the car is 8 years old. I am much more likely to go to Hyundai now. Thanks Sara. More

Awesome Customer Service I purchased my first brand new car, a 2008 Elantra, from this dealership and have had nothing but great service over the years. I travelled back and I purchased my first brand new car, a 2008 Elantra, from this dealership and have had nothing but great service over the years. I travelled back and forth to Halifax for work for five years and currently have over 304,000 kms on my car and it still runs and looks awesome. I've never taken it anywhere but this dealership for service. My partner traded his BMW for the 2014 Elantra Coupe and loves it! My oldest daughter bought her first brand new car, 2015 Elantra from this dealership and I'm happy to report my youngest daughter is driving a 2016 Accent. We are definitely a Hyundai family. If and when it's time for me to trade mine in for a new vehicle I will definitely purchase another Hyundai. The staff are friendly and I never worry about the quality of work when I bring my car in. This trip was to check out a noise I was getting when I started my car and then my check engine light came on. It ended up being a timing belt was loose and there was no charge to fix it and my car is running perfectly again. :-) Smart people drive a Hyundai!!! More
