Great Service! I find the service center so easy to deal with. I find I trust the service center and they are also very kind when you go in to drop off your keys and then to pick up your car when it is done. good, but not good had car serviced and washed, and cleaned inside. they missed the rear wiper which was torn, the mat on the drivers side was on top of the brake petal had car serviced and washed, and cleaned inside. they missed the rear wiper which was torn, the mat on the drivers side was on top of the brake petal, the passenger seat back was tilted all the way forward, the mirror was sideways, the 4-way drive button was activated,. the clean was good and the clerk was good but the pick up of the car was disappointing. Pleasant and Accomodating Mike, in particular, has been very pleasant in during the years I have been going to summit. I purchased my 2013 Accent at Summit, and have had it serviced there ever since. They are able to take my car in at short notice, and I have not had problems after the work is done. They offer good perks for a VIP membership, but the service was equally good before I joined the program. I have actually recommended Summit to friends looking to buy Hyundai cars. We were told it would be an hour and it was done a few minutes earlier. She then explained all that was done and gave us a preview of what will be done on the next inspection. They noted my concerns about my vehicle.and they had their mechanics road test it and adj I found the service department to be friendly and helpful. The second issue was identified and a part was going to be ordered - but after leaving the dealership I filled up with gas and the gas gauge (range) worked as it wasn't working before.my appointment.
