28 day Batteries So I was at the Chevy dealership right next to the Browns Chrysler (Dodge Jeep) dealership in Westlock. I walked next door to the Dodge Jeep dealershi So I was at the Chevy dealership right next to the Browns Chrysler (Dodge Jeep) dealership in Westlock. I walked next door to the Dodge Jeep dealership after I test drove a few at the Chevy one. I asked to test drive a few of the jeeps as I was comparing the rides. The gentleman that helped me was extremely nice and was willing to help me. He grabbed some keys for a Cherokee. We got out side and the batteries in the Cherokee were dead. He couldn't even unlock the doors! He informed me that because of all the electronics in the Cherokee, if it is not started within 28 days the car dies. I was completely shocked. I voiced my concern and asked how they sell vehicles if none of them are even charged. He informed me that the lot care takers haven't been doing their job. He pulled out a battery charging kit and had it sit in the jeep for almost 20 minutes before I could test drive it (I had time to kill so I was willing to sit and wait). Once we got out on the road he drove for the first half and then switched with myself. Once we got back from the dealership I informed him that I would not be purchasing one and he was totally ok with it, he understood why and apologised for what happened. How can a dealership sell its cars if you can't even start them???? More

Horrible deal!!!! Buyer beware! We made a deal with a "jump the gun" salesman, jumped through every hoop they asked for and they never followed through on their end and Buyer beware!
