Having experienced the worst of what a car dealership can be in Edmonton, we made the drive to Westlock in pursuit of our next vehicle. The team knew what we had just experienced with some unscrupulous conduct at an Edmonton dealership (not a Dodge dealership), and seemed to understand our frustration. This made our experience at Brown's Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd. all the more pleasurable. They went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle we were buying met quality standards which included an additional mechanical inspection performed just for us. We even received a new rear window wiper because Dale noticed the current one "had a small tear in it" while he was walking around the vehicle; we hadn't noticed it. While a small gesture, It was a huge demonstration of how trustworthy and customer-focused this team is. The atmosphere was friendly, relaxed, and this included the price negotiation. We knew what we wanted, had done our research, and left Browns feeling we've paid a very fair price. We even got to share a few slices of the pizzas the staff were enjoying due to the holiday season. It is worth the drive to purchase from this team, and we are comfortable with that even though we are over 4 hours away! Thanks team, you know who we are! More

Awesome Dealership In April 2017 I was looking for a dodge 3500. I had looked all across Canada for a slightly used truck and came across one at Browns Chrysler in Westl In April 2017 I was looking for a dodge 3500. I had looked all across Canada for a slightly used truck and came across one at Browns Chrysler in Westlock. AB. Being from Nova Scotia, this was a bit nerve racking to consider purchasing a vehicle so far away. I did not let the distance thing stop me from contacting this dealership. The sales department was terrific. They answered every question I had and gave additional information about the truck without me asking. They made me feel confident enough that I booked a flight out to Alberta to purchase this truck. They assisted with accommodations, picked me up from the hotel and drove me to the dealership and had the truck ready for me to hit the road back to Nova scotia, including a full tank of fuel. Now unlike a purchase close to home, when you have issues with a new to you vehicle I could not run back to the dealership. This was another concern I had with making a purchase so far from home. Well I did my part to have the few issues fixed, I kept the cost low, ensured all issues were not regular maintenance issue and ensured they were not related to any recalls. I notified Browns with my issues and they again were very accommodating. They made suggestions and paid for items they were responsible for. As someone who is in my late fifties, who has purchased many vehicles over my lifetime, this has to be one of my best vehicle purchasing experiences I have encountered. I highly recommend Brown's Chrysler in Westlock AB, regardless of where you live in North America!! I can only hope they have the next vehicle I am looking for so I can return my loyalty that they have extended to me, even being over 4000KMS away. I am a 100% satisfied customer; John Stewart NS More
