Do not purchase a car from here. I purchased a 2023 rav4 and it stopped in the middle of the highway and would not start. We went to the dealership and they did not take it seriously I purchased a 2023 rav4 and it stopped in the middle of the highway and would not start. We went to the dealership and they did not take it seriously as a safety issue. We spoke with Ivan Djordjevic, who lost his patience quickly. He condescendingly told us that “you look surprised that the car broke after the first month. It can happen but what do you want from me. It’s not a safety concern because you were in traffic”. He spoke rudely and mocked us for believing that they would help us rectify the issue. He only referred us to the right department after he saw how visibly upset we were. Brimell Toyota has zero concern for customer safety and goes against Toyota Canada’s mission of “helping move you and your loved ones safely”. It’s purely transactional. We have been a customer here for 25 years and come to service our 3 vehicles. We will never come back here for service for our or purchasing a vehicle. Our family and friends will also not be coming here anymore. Thank you Ivan for yelling at us and laughing at our safety concern. More
