I was in contact with Jacy Lloyd over phone and text messaging. Jacy was very helpful and informative. Every questioned I had about the truck. She answered very quickly. Jacy was out the door and had pictures sent to me with blemishes or dings that she found. She noticed the driver mirror was damaged from a rock. Jacy looked after the mirror and ordered one. She then booked me back in to have it replaced. She was pleasant and friendly to deal with. 11/10. Tyson was very helpful also. Fast and precise with the paper work. A pleasure to deal with at Bridges Chevrolet. I will definelty recommend and it the late future be back to deal with then again. Thanks for getting me into a great truck. More

My concern is the service I got by calling the call center. I spoke to 2 people and 24 hours later have received no call back. The dealership had no record of any calls I’d made to the call center. Bridges Gm made purchasing our Yukon xl such a great experience. I felt that our vehicle we traded was very fairly appraised and the Yukon we bought was exactly what they told us it would be. The staff were all very polite, willing to help in any way they could because they generally wanted to make sure we were looked after. I have been to other dealerships that all they want is to buy low and sell high and don’t care about the customer. This was not the case at Bridges in North Battleford . More
