fraud My car wouldn't start one morning and required a jump...after a jump it works fine until next morning. So i brought into the dealer ship for a fix... I brought it back and now it's $162 for re-diagnostic...worst service eva. More

Sold me a Lemon and wouldn't take responsibility I will never again buy a vehicle from this unprofessional and manipulative dealership . My 650i convertible I purchased from Brian Jessel was imported I will never again buy a vehicle from this unprofessional and manipulative dealership . My 650i convertible I purchased from Brian Jessel was imported from the states, which I knew at the time of purchase. However, I took the vehicle in a few years later to the same dealership to get a trade-in valuation and they told me the vehicle had a lemon status! I paid a premium for the reputation of a large dealership and got absolutely taken. I called the dealership out and all they had to say was; "we legally only have to declare what we know." What a bunch of garbage. No way they could have not known they were importing a lemon vehicle. Dealt the the used sales manager and he said that having a lemon status had no value impact on the vehicle. We tried to sell it privately and no one would even look at it. These guys take no responsibility and absolutely do not care about your expirence. We bought three BMWs from them and I can confidently say we will never purchase another one. Bye bye Brian Jessel. made Look like a dumb in front of my eyes and family Went on June 26 at Brian Jessel used dealer ship at boundary to test drive the coupe 650 I 2013 liked the car , called the salesman the same day that Went on June 26 at Brian Jessel used dealer ship at boundary to test drive the coupe 650 I 2013 liked the car , called the salesman the same day that can I show my wife to finalize it tomorrow he said I wouldn't be there so I will send my colleague a message so I get the guys name in the next message so I call the guy next day at 12 to come and finalize the car at 3 ...reach there at 3:30 test drove it with my wife she says yes I say yes to the salesman he writes the offer and says oh just to let you know the guys right beside us are putting an offer too since they went for test drive now and I had you drive it first you are first for the deal , I write an offer he takes it to the manger I see the other interested party coming back and two guys (salesman)start running to get there paperwork signed from them even though my salesman is gone inside to the manager after two min I see the other interested young couple smiles and they are taken to the back ......lol. And guess what my salesman comes to me and Says oh Respected sir I forgot to tell you the manager said it was already sold and was off the market ....got upset chose not to argue and get up and leave the dealership. Lesson learnt: I don't know what to say ...ethics ....felt like made stupid ...I don't know I Run three companies all in profit never did that to anybody Hopefully Somebody is answerable to someone or its just sales More
