Wonderful ecperiance I was on the search for a new vehicle... and I was really uncertain about what I wanted... previous years I always wanted a Nissan but never got one I I was on the search for a new vehicle... and I was really uncertain about what I wanted... previous years I always wanted a Nissan but never got one I always veered in other directions. The last time I was on the search for a vehicle I didn't have a good time at all!.. people at other dealers were very pushy making me uncomfortable and my experience horrible. This time I did a lot of searching online and found what i wanted.. due to the last experiance I had i was sceptical about going in to any dealership. But if a new car was what I wanted in i had to go. So I step foot into brasso nissan and I was immediately approached by lei! He was such a pleaser to deal with! He listened and was patient! When I found what i wanted dealing with Jen in finance was also great!... she was so nice and also a pleaser to deal with... upon getting my vehicle there were a couple things that needed to be fixed one of which they knew about and had the part ordered and one of which they didn't know but got the part order and in no time my car was fixed! Ken was very helpful and friendly in the service dept... along with those I delt with at the counter! Such a great experience all around and I would definatly recommend this place to anyone!!! We were early, and prepared to wait given the dealership had "just" opened. Were we ever wrong! Glen met us at the door, he was fully ready for us and had the vehicles running and warm even though we were early! He was gracious, informative and efficient. We are just starting out this process of buying a car and have been disappointed by the service level of other makes/dealers, but Glen knocked it out of the park! Respectful of our time, informative, he felt like a trusted friend helping us buy a car. One other thing I LOVED about the Brasso dealership is they let us take the car for a drive without the pressure of a ride-along sales pitch- gave us a quick tour of the car, gave us the keys and let us go! We haven't decided yet on what we are buying, but Brasso is at the top of our list for favourite dealers! More
