We were either shown cars that had not been "accident-free" as claimed or salesmen were very predatory in their pricing/negotiations. Needless to say, we were getting pretty frustrated. My sister then recommended Bramgate Volkswagen because she loves servicing her car there and said "go see Jiri Kazda, he's always so helpful in answering my VW questions". We contacted Jiri, told him what we were looking for, and that very same evening he arranged for the car (a demo) to be in the lot for us to have a look. We loved the car and drafted up an agreement! The entire process was so effortless and completely opposite of what we had seen at other dealerships--we kept pinching ourselves. We never felt like we were being pressured into making a hasty decision, or buying something that was much worse for wear than advertised, and never ever felt like we were being taken advantage of (which unfortunately happened at other dealerships!). Jiri was friendly, helpful, always available on his cell phone, and eager to have us leave HAPPY with a GREAT vehicle. And that we did. He hooked us up with a great vehicle and pre-booked our first oil change so that we would be set! I have already given Jiri's card to a friend of mine and look forward to recommending Jiri and Bramgate VW to many more. More

Follow-up call: I was expecting a follow up call between the times of 9-5pm, to inform me that the sales cycle was rolling. I called several times, and left messages with his colleagues. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a call until 7:30pm that evening. Furthermore, Daniel forgot to send me the ‘bill of sale’ and the ‘dealership financial information’. If Daniel had better organization skills he could have dealt with these important items earlier so that the process could have run more smoothly. I didn’t appreciate having to ask Daniel questions in regards to the next steps. Pick-up day: After communicating though an email and explaining my disappointment with his lack of organization skills and communication skills, Daniel was committed and devoted to ensure that things were done accurately and efficiently. Post purchase follow-up call: Daniel was committed and devoted to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Upon realizing that the owner’s manual was missing, I contacted Daniel and he dealt with the situation in the fastest and simplest way that it could be done. More
