When I went to pick up my car he showed me how to use all of the new gadgets, drove it out of the service area and waited for me to drive off before he went back inside. Comfortable, easy to work with I was not looking forward to the whole car purchasing experience, which had been unpleasant for past purchases (not VW). As we walked into the dealership my daughter and I were left on our own for a few minutes to browse, then we were approached by Oscar who at no time pressured us, but readily answered our questions and showed us options. The whole experience was comfortable, easy, efficient and pleasant. Oscar made it all go very smoothly and was able to find the car I wanted and it arrived earlier than expected! I don't recall the name of the individual I spoke to in Finanace, he also explained the option of the additional warranty but at no time did this feel forced on us. More
