He made it all happen! I was already in the market of purchasing another car and coincidentally the dealership had called me in for some sales event. Service team was always great to me, and I felt sure that it would be the same level as sales AND IT WAS. Michael helped me with the entire process from start to finish. His level of professionalism and efficiency hands down quality and finesse. Kept me in the loop and up-to-date pictures. (when I saw the pictures prior to delivery, I couldn't even concentrate on my meetings). He knew what I wanted and what I needed. Lastly, GET THIS GUY A COLD ONE AND A RAISE! :) More
