Jiri was patient, and took the time to follow up with me to get all the paper work completed in a very efficient and prompt manner. He ensured that all the legal documents were signed and that delivery was done way before I anticipated it to be. Jiri also recognised that I did not have a car to move around which inconvenienced me to come into the dealership to get the paperwork completed and pickup the new car. Therefore, Jiri provided me with a loaner car so that I can use for a few days to get to work and conduct errands, etc. Because of Jiri, my experience has been a very favourable and pleasant one, and I would recommend my colleagues to him for future leasing and purchase of new cars.
