I highly recommend salesman John Forth as a salesman to anyone looking to purchase a Volkswagen, he loves the product that he sells and showed me step by step on how to use the features inside the Volkswagen Golf. During test drive of the vehicle, John demonstrated other impressive features of the vehicle including the Tiptronic Sport mode. I was further impressed when John would return all email and phone calls that were made given my busy schedule, When it came time to pick up the vehicle, he came in extra early to make it work within my work schedule. Volkswagen Redemption I enjoy dealer service because for the little more you pay, you get expert service with no guess work. After splitting from my last VW dealer for what I enjoy dealer service because for the little more you pay, you get expert service with no guess work. After splitting from my last VW dealer for what I perceived to be greedy revenue generating tactics, I was pleased to receive the treatment that I had missed and made me a dealer service customer in the first place. I was told what was wrong with my vehicle and presented with options and opinions on what was really necessary and not. I eventually decided on going for the full pop. Not because I was pressured but because it was exactly what the car needed to carry me through to my next scheduled service. Rui Canto (service advisor) was honest and consise with me, keeping me updated along the way. Thank you for the great personable customer service that made me a Volkswagen customer in the first place. Cheers and good luck with the move to the new digs which thankfully will be more convenient for me. More
