I have been to other Volkswagen dealerships this month and was greeted with the question "How quickly could I get you in this car?" which is an immediate red flag to me and is the main reason I decided to return to Bramgate once I made a decision. I went into Bramgate looking for a new car just a few weeks ago and was greeted quite quickly from the moment I walked in - Andrew was incredibly helpful every step of the way and never made me feel pressured to make a decision for the sake of closing a deal quickly. I was able to test-drive multiple vehicles to find out what was right for me and Andrew did an excellent job of spending time with me to arrive at a conclusion. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering buying a VW. Oh, and the car is pretty great too. More

The team of Joanne, Chris, and Ali really pulled through and got us into a 2015 Jetta with minimal mileage, at a great price that fit comfortably within our budget. Such amazing and quick service; I was driving away in my new pre-owned car in under 2 weeks of my first consultation. I am very happy with the car and would definitely consider getting a second VW when the time comes, just so I can deal with Bramgate again.
