Great team at Bramgate Volswagen Being that this was the 4th time we were purchasing a vehicle from Bramgate VW we just let Hugh know what we were looking for and he was able to find Being that this was the 4th time we were purchasing a vehicle from Bramgate VW we just let Hugh know what we were looking for and he was able to find the exact vehicle for us. He was quick to answer any questions we had and responded to any emails promptly. Hugh was not able to be there the day we picked up our vehicle so he left us in the capable hands of Chris who gave us a very thorough overview of the new vehicle. We had a small service issue that needed to be dealt with and Hugh made arrangements for us to bring the vehicle in to Steve in service. The issue was dealt with promptly and I was pleasantly surprised that they went beyond my expectations and ran the vehicle through the car wash before releasing it to me so that it looked like the first time I drove it off the lot the week prior. On our first visit we also met Joanne who made the financing process as seamless as possible with a very quick turnaround time. It's a great team at Bramgate and I'm sure we'll be back for a 5th vehicle in the future. More
