They also did their best to get me the best deal possible. They were direct to the point while also highlighting the benefits of owning a VW Jetta. The two of them made a great team. Chris worked with me on the specifics of the car while Joanne advised me on the financing details of the car. I got what I wanted and I wouldn't have been able to accomplish this without the assistance of Joanne and Chris. I got the car today. This was very fast considering that I only started car shopping last Saturday. The turnover of my trade in was efficient. In less than an hour, I was on my way. The only that they could've done was shower me with ribbons. But in all honesty, I would rate my experience with VW Bramgate an 11 out of 10. They are professional, helpful, friendly, and accomodating. I would definitely recommend going to this dealership! More

And he was more than happy to help me set up my vehicle preference and indicated that he was available for any questions I had down the line I liked the overall look of the vehicle and the handling but having it for a few days I see the engine is very loud and I wasn't aware that this vehicle took premium gas having looked at the other vehicles in the showroom I assume it took regular, this needed to be displayed better. More
