He facilitated every step of the buying process with ease and efficiency, always ensuring that all of my questions were answered and that my concerns were addressed in a very timely manner. Within THREE days, of informing him that I was going to buy, the paperwork was complete, the car was brought in, and I was in my beautiful, new 2016 Golf. To Daniel and Joanne, thank you for making my first car purchase the most stress free; together, they work magic! They are the most personable and honest people that I’ve come across within this industry – both create a fun, pressure-free environment. One of the best VW dealers in the GTA!!! I came in with the intent to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. The vehicle I was interested in was sold out at my first visit, but Chris led me to find th I came in with the intent to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. The vehicle I was interested in was sold out at my first visit, but Chris led me to find the right vehicle for me - suited to my needs, and within my price range. I was amazed at how fast Chris and Joanne took care of the paperwork for financing, and I was driving out of the dealership with my new car within a few days. Chris also took the extra step to follow up after my purchase. I would highly recommend dealing with Chris!! More

I am very close to making a formal complaint with VW Canada of her service, however oh wait, she doesn't believe that VW Canada is the same as VW Credit...lmao. This is a summary of our experience with her: We were clearly lied to when my husband went to go pick up his brand new Jetta about an insurance related manner. She essentially wanted us to lie to our insurance company regarding the date of car pickup, resulting in us not having car insurance for 1 day, a completely risky piece of advice. Then, when we went to the dealership to discuss the matter, she met us (after keeping us waiting for 10 mins, but clearly she was not with anyone b/c we could see her in her office) in the front. There were at least 2 other couples waiting in the lobby, within our range of hearing -she really should have taken us in her office to be more professional -it seemed like she wanted to get rid of us quick. We mentioned that we do not like being lied to because we are honest people, we brought up that w/the whole VW emissions scandal, we don't think VW wants another situation of lying on their record books. At this point, without hearing us out any further, she thew up her hands and said loudly, "WOW"...walked away w/her back towards us "WOW, WOW" she said again and went to go get the GM. Honestly, that was the worst, most unprofessional thing I've ever seen in customer service. She did not address our concern, or show any sympathy/empathy. There were other people around who witnessed this as well. Apparently, she also cried. I would think, that sales people would be trained to have lengthy discussions regarding the VW emissions scandal. Its common knowledge, and not a reason to run away throwing up her arms. I was thoroughly embarrassed. Then the GM Hugh came out, and fully backed up her reaction. I would have liked him to offer some sort of empathy to us too -isnt the customer always right? But he seriously backed her up, and I felt very taken a back by this. He did explain the scandal very clearly however, and gave great explanations to our inquiries. Honestly, I would never deal with Joanne again. Also, I tried calling VW Canada's customer service about this entire insurance ordeal, and guess what? When I called I asked to speak to a supervisor b/c nothing could be done, they said to go back to the dealership -hence why we did, and got this awful service. But the dealership said it was a VW Canada sales promo that our insurance had to begin on a diff day. When we mentioned this to Joanne (before the WOW moment) she said that it's actually a VW Credit campaign and VW Credit is not the same as VW Canada...WHAT A RUN AROUND. Then VW Canada DID NOT let me speak to a supervisor and I had to wait 1 whole day for a call back from one, and she couldnt even resolve my issue. Honestly, we already purchased the car and they already made their sale. However, I am going to be very reluctant to go back to this dealership, save for the service of awesome Jiri. More
