It doesn't get much better than this I originally dealt with Chris while I was in the UK looking to purchase a car to pick up when we emigrated. Got fed up and started shopping around for a new So my dodge started giving me a lot of issues Causing me to visit the mechanic 4 times in six months. Got fed up and started shopping around for a new vehicle. I'm not a person to rush into something without doing some homework. I was really interested in Honda or Volkswagen. Honda quickly was crossed off my list and my focus was solely on Volkswagen. I visited many dealerships not sure what model i was more interested in but I knew what my budget was. To try and keep this short id give a number to a salesman and they'd ignore my wishes and they'd upsell me or go opposite of what I asked for. I even had a salesperson tell me that Volkswagen wasn't for me because he was trying to sell me a demo with over 10000km on it for only a grand off the price of the same model brand new. Once I finally figured what model and color I wanted (Jetta comfortline with sport package silk blue metallic) every dealership I visited or even called would say I couldn't get that model cause they are gone. They don't exist and I'll never find one. They were then quick to try and turn me on to one on their lot which wasn't even close to what I wanted. This happened at more then one dealership. I finally caught on that they were only trying to sell me what was on their lot and wasn't interested in my needs. I almost gave up until I walked into Bramgate Volkswagen which was way out of my way. I walked up to a salesman Daniel Turner who was sitting at his desk going through paper work. He looked really busy not to mention it was 7:30 ish and they closed at 8pm. He set his paperwork aside. I had his attention. Before I could explain to him my dealership horror stories I described what model I wanted and he said they didn't have one on their lot but if I was really interested in it he gave me the option of looking in the province if there was any available models at other dealers. He didn't even for a second try to upsell something in their lot he simply heard what I wanted and right away went and found one for me. 1 out of 12 remaining in Canada. He was very flexible with negotiations and I was more than satisfied with the outcome. When I mentioned I had a trade in he quickly did his homework on the vehicle and got me a really decent return on my old vehicle. The other dealers said they wouldn't take my car as a trade in and I'd be better off selling it privately or scrap it. This process went well over their closing time there at Bramgate. Never once did Daniel or even Joanne Who was handling finances complain or show signs of being annoyed or bothered. Joanne was very upbeat and friendly and made it feel good to spend a lot of money. Daniel also followed up with me to see how the car was, how I liked it and if there were any questions I had i could call him directly anytime. I would 1000 percent recommend Daniel Turner and the staff at Bramgate to anyone who asks. More

I have been buying cars for over 38 yrs, many bad experience For over 38 yrs I have purchased both new and used vehicles of all makes styles and costs. After seeing a potential used car for my son on line we decided to make the 3 hrs drive from our home town to the dealership. While I initiated the interest with Wayne who was most accommodating and responding promptly once we got to the dealership and tested the car, we decided to look at others at the dealership since we drove so far. Wayne had left for the evening, but advised us that Sudir would be expecting us. In dealing with Sudir we quickly became comfortable knowing that the car we were going to be purchasing was coming from BRAMGATE and that night. We worked through the details both Sudir myself and my son and if not for Wayne's original professionalism we wouldn't have even considered the drive. Cars are made bought and sold everyday.............people and trust is what made our decision and easy one. Thanks again for assistance and professionalism it was refreshing to say the least.
