Nothing but love I met Jiri by chance in 2015, when I yelled to him from my less than pleasing (to me) 2015 Mazda, about how beautiful his red Golf was. He said "you w I met Jiri by chance in 2015, when I yelled to him from my less than pleasing (to me) 2015 Mazda, about how beautiful his red Golf was. He said "you want one?" I said "I really do! I traded my 2003 golf for a 2015 Mazda and I hate it! And now I want to trade the Mazda for another golf!" He told me to go see him at bramgate VW. So I did. The next day. After being disappointed with the original value for the trade I went home all dejected and sad. I really missed my VW and I really wanted one again. So there I was, sitting around brooding about being stuck with a Mazda until I paid it off (8 years) when I got a call that they got an amazing trade offer on the Mazda and I could go get my golf! I still ran into this trouble and that trouble trying to get my golf. It wasn't an easy process for me because I still owed on the mazda. But Jiri and Joanne went so far above the call of duty to make sure I left in the car I wanted. 2 weeks ago when I totaled that car and was so lost on what to do to fix my situation, mourning my beloved golf, I called Joanne and told her that my beautiful car was no more. They started working out quotes before even knowing I was going to show up at the dealership. When I got there unannounced they had quotes and a test drive set up for me. And once again Jiri and Joanne went so far above the call of duty to help me sort out my situation and get into another golf. I've been off work with an injury so my situation was pretty rough and Jiri and Joanne went out of their way to make sure I could have my car anyway. And right in time for me to return the rental. And go back to work in mississauga (not an easy transit commute). I've never had anyone work so hard for me. I know people think "well, they *are* trying to sell you a car, after all". But it's more than that. After 2 yrs they remembered me like I saw them yesterday. I live in Hamilton now and I still chose to go back to bramgate VW because of the service I received then. And I got the same amazing service this time. I definitely recommend bramgate VW to anyone and everyone. You may not be looking for a Volkswagen, but go anyway. I promise you'll fall in love with the cars, and the people. More
