I'm a "car guy", I build and race my own cars so when I go to buy a road car, I already know everything about it and know exactly what I want. Chris will tell you anything you need to know but he also recognizes when it's not necessary. As a result, both times I ended up buying a car in 2 hours, including a good test-drive (letting me take it out on my own instead of tagging along and trying to "sell" it to me), for a great deal on the terms I was looking for. There's nothing I could wish happened different and I'm looking forward to coming back for our next car! More

Overall Great Experience! I had come to Bramgate VW after visiting another VW dealership in the East region of the GTA (which was local to me). The local VW dealership was not a very good experience. The sales guys were too pushy and they didn't have my best interests in mind. I had come to trade my vehicle in and they low balled me like crazy and started convincing me I wouldn't get a better value even at Bramgate. Very hostile sales guys btw. After visiting Bramgate VW, instantly I felt a different vibe. The sales rep I dealt with was Oscar, he was a really cool, down to earth guy. They didn't give me any hassle or any xxxxxxxx with my trade-in. Whole deal took me less than 30 mins. I got a great deal and they got a sale...like it should be, win win. Not the other way around. The finance person Joanne was a joy to deal with as well, giving me a great deal on add ons. Overall, Bramgate was a great experience. If they were local to me I would be going there for service. Ask for Oscar when you get there. More
