He took his time to explain all of the car's features, answer our questions and was patient as we negotiated the terms. There were a few things we wanted cleaned and touched up with the car and Moe personally saw to it that everything was taken care of. Upon pick up, he even cleaned a few missed spots in the interior himself, to make sure the car was up to our high standards. After our purchase, he gave us a courteous follow up call to check in and see if we had any questions. His excellent customer service is not something you come across often, and after months of searching and many dealerships later, we finally met Moe and were confident purchasing a vehicle from him. We are expecting our first child and Moe surprised us with a thoughtful gift, further showing his integrity and amazing character. We also met Joanne, who was so kind and personable. She walked us through the next steps after our car was purchased and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process.
