My friend’s sister triggered me to check out Bramgate dealership given that’s where she purchased her vehicle couple of years ago so I took her advice and decided to go in not knowing what to expect. As soon as I entered the front doors I was approached by one of the sales consultants (Christopher Vander Wel) who was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. I felt like I was in good hands as soon as we met, Chris has extensive knowledge in VW fleet as well as automotive industry as a whole which was a huge plus, it also helped that he is a car enthusiast like myself. All my questions (and I had lots) were answered in prompt, professional and timely manner unlike in some of the other VW showrooms I’ve visited prior to Bramgate. Throughout entire process I didn’t feel pressured in any way, Chris offered me multiple test drives to make sure car I was considering is right for me, followed up thereafter to provide further guidance. Bramgate works together as one large team to make sure their customers are well taken care of and most importantly happy with their decision and purchase in the end.
