Dropped in unexpected to the maintenance bay for an oil change and a fix to my DRL. This was due to the fact that I had just driven back from central Mexico. My vehicle that as manufactured in Canada but change and a fix to my DRL. This was due to the fact that I had just driven back from central Mexico. My vehicle that as manufactured in Canada but purchased in Mexico has a switch on the column to the off the DRL. Canada does not allow this as DRL must be on at all times when the engine is running. Needed this ASAP so I could pass the RIV Inspection. The service technician & mechanic assigned to the job jumped to work immediately to fix the issue. On top of that, while waiting I was given a coupon for the food truck outside to go purchase lunch. They also fixed the slow leak I had in my rear right tire. Ended up there was a small nail in the centre of the tread in the middle of the tire that was not easily seen. When paying for my bill, I was gifted a “folding carrier bag” for the trunk to help carry groceries, etc, AND...a coupon for a free carwash @ Co-op. This dealership goes above and beyond!! More
