I have a factory display screen defect & they told me that theres nothing they could do. This is extremely disappointing. Its a common issue that I have seen on online threads for 2014 RAV4 models & something I did not expect from Toyota whatsoever. They told me they would call me with an update & that call never came. This made the whole situation all the more frustrating. Toyota is a big company with a great reputation, which is why I chose this vehicle in the first place, but after this experience I don't know if I can trust them again. And this is coming from someone who has never left a bad review in his life, until now. More
