Repair job incomplete They took out Tacoma for a frame recall. Said it was done and my mechanic husband had a look - there was a long list of things done wrong or incomplet They took out Tacoma for a frame recall. Said it was done and my mechanic husband had a look - there was a long list of things done wrong or incomplete. He eventually took it to another dealership and they did an inspection that agreed with his list. Upon telling us it was done for the second time, he again noticed things on the list that weren't done, as well as something else done incorrectly. We are very concerned that anyone getting service, who isn't a mechanic, may be receiving dangerously incorrect or incomplete service. More

They could have mentioned this major detail but instead wanted to get us back into the dealership, only to try and sell us something much more expensive. The "Be Right Back" tactic is so cliche. People's time is very valuable. We were there to negotiate on buying a vehicle not the dealership. Showing us around the back of the dealership & upstairs where the mechanics shower and clean up was beyond weird. If you like wasting your time and playing price games, this is your place. More
