Spencers was recommended for service on my Z06, first service was a bit of a challenge getting it in for the service but managed and all went well. Then came the problems when I needed to get the first m service was a bit of a challenge getting it in for the service but managed and all went well. Then came the problems when I needed to get the first mandatory oil change and DCT filter, hard to get through to them and when the appointment was booked they called back and said they didn't have the oil for the oil change and then they couldn't get the DCT filter, this could have been availability on the items from suppliers so not really blaming this on them however it did seem strange that items like this wouldn't be in stock. The real problem is trying to get through to them, you call and they forward to service which never picks up, you are left on hold with no one coming back on the line, just silence. Call back multiple times over many days and they do the same thing. I tried last year and couldn't get through to book the appointment so put it away for the winter, tried again this year and the exact same thing. Even when you tell them what is happening it still doesn't change anything. What a shame. Jerry was good in the service area when you could get through. I give up, going to a different deal going forward. I have never dealt with anything close to this lack of customer support in my 40 plus years of dealing with any dealers. Amazing they still have a service department if they do this to all their customers. More
