I found him to be honest in representations, helpful and considerate. He is knowledgeable of the products but not afraid to seek further aid when needed. The process went smoothly. Terrible and disrespectful. Edward. A salesman at Big 4 motors contacted my wife and expressed interest in her 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd 5.7 with all options including nav and Edward. A salesman at Big 4 motors contacted my wife and expressed interest in her 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd 5.7 with all options including nav and and panoramic sunroof. On behalf of my wife I called four times on Friday, June 16 2018. Was always told that he was busy at the time and that the message would be delivered to him and he would call back. Nope. Nothing. No contact from from this individual. My wife asked me today to contact him one last time. Guess what? Busy. Leave a message. Well. I’m going to ease his work load and never deal with this dealership again. On an interesting side note. One that I’m ashamed of now. My wife and I purchased our vehicles from this dealership. I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn $64,980 and my wife purchased a 2015 Jeep as I stated above for 58,578. The total value of these purchases amount to $123,558. Quite a large sum of money. But as usual. Once the deal is signed and over, you’ve, in my opinion become “A ghost!” Not to mention the fact a couple of years ago I took my Ram in for scheduled service and had an old plastic film case full of two dollar coins that went missing. I called and left about 10 messages about this theft and was never contacted back. I called the sales manager today and told him about these difficulties. Not really expecting any contact back because as I stated above, they’ve got my wife’s and my money. I will never stand to be treated in such a fashion and I find it more than diplorable that “Edward” person treated my wife with such disrespect. Do yourself a favour; and again this is my view only, maybe consider purchasing your next vehicle elsewhere. Maybe if you consider this, these sales people wouldn’t be so busy and can actually treat people “My WIFE” with respect. All these views are mine and mine alone. But. Hopefully you will not have to go experience the difficulties I’ve gone though. Thank you. More

Excellent Purchase Experience I have been going to Big 4 since 2002 for service on my previous vehicle (purchased from a different dealership in northern Alberta) and have always b I have been going to Big 4 since 2002 for service on my previous vehicle (purchased from a different dealership in northern Alberta) and have always been very happy with the service and assistance I have received from them. I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Big 4. Todd Clayton and Tony Bedard were amazing guys to deal with. They made the process as easy as possible and were very patient with my many questions. They spent all the time necessary to answer all of my queries, never once making me feel rushed or that any of my questions were silly. I'd definitely go back to Big 4 for any future vehicle purchases. More

I am as picky as it gets and wants the most out of every single one of my dollars. I'm not an easy person to please. I went to half a dozen dodge dealers in the city and just happened to stumble upon Andrew who applied no pressure at all. He just listened to every single one of my wants and made it happen! He spent two weeks searching for a truck that had every single detail I had asked for! Right down to the tailgate! He even got it in my budget. (Which I thought was impossible after dealing with a few other lots.) After he went out of his way to make me happy he went one step further and made sure I drove off the lot the same day in my new truck! (As I requested/demanded lol) Top Notch Salesmen there! Great communication, so polite, easy to get along with! A+++++! Never deal with another slimy sales guy again! Go See Andrew at Big 4 Motors! Oh yeah & they spoiled the bleep out of my kids! More
