I bought my truck about 3 months ago , smooth transaction and great pricing ( compared to tower chrysler) no pressure to sign at any point just good information. I was in for my first oil change last week and the manager came up to me remembered my name and asked me how not only the truck was but how I was as well. He came back 5 minutes later said " thanks again for your business " and gave me a washer fluid jug. May not seem like a big deal but this is the first time it's happened to me at Any of the dealerships I've ever done business with. I am happy and will be comming to Big 4 again for sure. More

After phoning the dealership with some initial questions about a used truck, I was passed on to Ray Burnett from sales. Ray was very thorough in his questions to me of what my needs were, what kind of budget I was looking to spend and how soon I required a vehicle. After doing some background work Ray was able to find me a brand new truck that suited all my requirements and subsequent budget. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, Ray fell ill and I was handed over to Dan Mills. Dan was very thorough in all of his dealings with me as well. What added even more to the service experience was the fact that Darcy the sales manager made sure to introduce himself, enquire about my service experience and ensure that everything was going as it should. Last but not least I must note theefforts of Bruce from finance. Bruce also took great care in listening to my needs and ensuring that he came up with a solution that was beneficial to me and my family. At no point at all did I feel that there was any high pressure sales tactics applied. This was nothing but a positive experience. More
