These four people went above and beyond to make my expeirience as easy as possible, they kept me informed on the progress every step of the way, even when things didn't look good they managed to make it work. This dealership makes you feel like family from the minute you walk in the door. They have a lifetime customer in me as well as I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. I can not say enough about these caring, compassionate people... Awesome, Very Professional Group of Sales People I came to this Delaership Big 4 by chance. Been to a couple of Ram Truck Dealership in town unsatisfied decided to walk away. So close on trying diff I came to this Delaership Big 4 by chance. Been to a couple of Ram Truck Dealership in town unsatisfied decided to walk away. So close on trying different truck company until again came to Big 4 by chance. Turn out to be blessing in disguise. Approached by Mr. Han Kim not only answered all my questions but give me lot's of pointers in choosing my dream truck. Very, very honest and professional guy. Two thumbs up for you Mr. Han 'The Man' Kim. We were able to Seal the Deal with the help of another awesome guy name Martin 'Miracle Man' Venneri, But, this transaction wont materialise without the help of Miss Stace Rogowski and The Man of the House him self Mr. Rob Coleman. Service Center customer service needs improvement I kept putting off this review, but after recently been asked by a co-worker if I would recommend Big 4 and I realized I don't think I would because o I kept putting off this review, but after recently been asked by a co-worker if I would recommend Big 4 and I realized I don't think I would because of their Service Centre I decided I should be vocal. Before dealing with the Service Centre, I had nothing but good things to say about Big 4, which was recommended to me by my sister and her husband. I love my jeep, Ahmed Mansour was a fantastic dealer and Stacey Rogowski in Financial was great to deal with! And honestly my issue is being able to get ahold of the Service Centre. At the beginning of June, I noticed I needed either a wheel alignment, tire balancing or both. I appreciate online tools, so my first step was to contact Big 4 via their "Contact Us" option on their website giving my contact information and my question as to which service I needed for the issue. I waited for two days and NEVER got a reply or phone call. I then tried calling the Service Centre on June 2nd, was told she couldn't help me and would transfer me to someone who could - the transfer went straight to voicemail. I left a message with my name and number. Did not receive a call the next two days. I called twice on June 4th, kept ringing and never got picked up. I gave up. At this point I started seeing what other service centre was either near my home or work place. I worked it out that I could drop it off at a Kal Tire on June 9th (who by the way answered their phone in a timely manner and the person who answered the first time could answer my questions). But now I wanted to see if I could even get ahold of Big 4's centre at all. I called FOUR times on June 8th. The phone just rang and rang. I was placed on hold for an unacceptable length that I got frustrated and hung up to call back. Third time a young female picked up and when I explained my situation before I could even say I did not want to be transferred to someone "who could help me figure out what I needed" she transferred me to a voicemail. Which I left another message because why not at this point. I then called back to be given the opportunity to NOT be transferred. And no one picked up. I never got a call back from my second message either. Needless to say I went with my Kal Tire option and will be going to them for all my tire needs in the future. All of these phone calls happened during business hours when the Centre was open, so why it was that insanely difficult to get ahold of anyone is beyond me. I don't know if your Service Centre needs to hire more people to answer the phones and to call back people who leave voicemails or maybe you do not care as much about your customers as you claim. More

Always excellent service and buying experience. Like most people, I hate buying cars. It's always been a painful experience. Dealing at Big 4 has been completely different, the prices are fair, and Like most people, I hate buying cars. It's always been a painful experience. Dealing at Big 4 has been completely different, the prices are fair, and after sales service is excellent. I have my vehicles serviced there too, as the prices are good, shuttle service is fast, and the service is done right the first time! More importantly, my vehicle is returned when the dealer says...every time. I dread a trip to the dealership as a mind numbing experience, but can't recommend Big 4 highly enough. They've been very considerate of my time and wallet! More
