I researched the internet inside out to find what we needed in a Van, I checked all Dealer Websites, then I Hit the road, visited 5 dealerships. The experience was very mixed. But the minute I walked into Big 4 the atmosphere was very inviting and every salesman and associate I walked by said hello with a "sincere" smile (we got this every time we went there so it is definitely the culture of this dealership), Then I met Rob and Scott, They ""wowed me"" I told them what I needed and the price I wanted to be at, They narrowed it down to 3 Vehicles, all fitting my needs, They listened intently to my Questions and went the extra mile to Satisfy and help me finalize my decision. Their sincere demeanour and extreme patience with us was amazing as we "flip flopped and agonized on what to buy. (also Scott and Darcy staying past close on a Friday night to let me have one last test drive!!) Scott's after service has been amazing helping us get winter tires "during peak season" and simply being a great gentleman through the whole process. If you want a great Experience go to Big 4. Friendly service I bought my Jeep Patriot at Big4. Michael helped me as at the time I was looking for either a Grand Cherokee or a Wrangler. Michael was so professiona I bought my Jeep Patriot at Big4. Michael helped me as at the time I was looking for either a Grand Cherokee or a Wrangler. Michael was so professional and friendly that instead I ended up buying a new Jeep Patriot. I liked it a lot but I knew ultimately I wanted a Wrangler. So I went to see Michael again, and he kept my informed about good deals on Wranglers until I was ready to trade in my Patriot, which honestly I was sad to part with. I was happy with the trade in value and treatment so I now have my dream Jeep. Michael and Rob made the process painless (as painless as buying a new car can be) and Bruce was also very helpful and friendly. I had dealt with other Chrysler group dealerships before, as well as the notorious Ford dealership Lake Fraser (my wife has a Focus) and Big4 is hands down the most welcoming of all. More

We had the truck for a short time already when we decided to get the Navigation System installed and activated in our Ram Outdoorsman. We live a couple hours out of Calgary and on our way down that morning we got a rock chip in the windshield. Jim and the staff very quickly had the navigation system installed and rock chip repaired. Amazing experience We came into Big 4 with previous experience (and a great experience) looking for a new vehicle; our old vehicle had been written off from a car accide We came into Big 4 with previous experience (and a great experience) looking for a new vehicle; our old vehicle had been written off from a car accident and we had 2 business days before the insurance company required the rental back. We had no down payment and were not sure we would qualify for a new vehicle financing. John and Bruce were amazing. They listened to our problems and went to work. John found us an amazing vehicle with more features then we had been hoping for. Bruce got us a better interest rate then I could have ever hoped for. We never felt 'pushed' into something, or hurried. Every dead line they set was met. Bruce called us exactly when he said he would and the jeep was ready for us to hand in the rental on time!
