Unprofessional, Ignorant. AVOID JAMIE AND BIG 4 IN GENERAL! I inquired about a vehicle through text (Like the Kijji ad stated, "Text Jamie if interested") So, I did about 6:30p AVOID JAMIE AND BIG 4 IN GENERAL! I inquired about a vehicle through text (Like the Kijji ad stated, "Text Jamie if interested") So, I did about 6:30pm. He replied, then ignored me which is fine but I asked him if he was still there after an hour or so. He replied with "My apologies for not answering while i was having DINNER, I had no idea this was such an importance it could not WAIT 1 HOUR. Not interested in your trade, thanks" .. meanwhile I wasn't trading my current vehicle in with them, I was paying cash for the car. I was honestly waiting for someone to tell me this was a joke. I am utterly disgusted in the attitude I received from Jamie after inquiring about an ad that clearly had his number posted online for people to ask simple questions at any reasonable time of the day. He proceeded with texting me with attitude stating I texted him outside of business hours while he was having dinner, etc but I called the manager an hour later and the shop wasn't even closed. Avoid this place at all costs, the customer service is disgusting. Why would anyone ever trust a place with such attitude? Next thing you know, you're being sold a car that will be on the side of road the week after you buy it. There are many dealerships in Calgary, do not waste your time and money at this one. More

Finally Michael took my wife and I out to the Jeep and showed me some of the items on the new Jeep that weren't on my old Wrangler YJ. More
