It was our good fortune to meet John Quinlan. John listened to our needs and wants, then gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We chose to go with the Truck...but I was still stuck on the Jeep Grand Cherokee. When we got the vehicle home the previous owner had changed the headlights which needed to be changed back to original stock. John and the Manager made it happen with no hassles, only great customer service. Now two years later a vehicle matching exactly what I would like was traded in. John gave us a call and without pressure suggested to take a look. My husband and I came in and he was right. It was exactly what we wanted…but I already had a good vehicle that met my needs. John went to work with the Manager Rob and worked out the numbers to make the deal work for us.
