Professional, Friendly, Prompt and Serivce Oriented Brittany Miles was unbelievable. I am typically a little nervous about bringing my car to a dealership, but Brittany explained the services to me and Brittany Miles was unbelievable. I am typically a little nervous about bringing my car to a dealership, but Brittany explained the services to me and made me feel very welcomed. She called halfway through to inform me of what was happening with my car so that there were no surprises and when I got my car, they went over what they fixed so that I was well aware of what happened. Lost key fob I had lost a key fob for a vehicle I was transporting. On a Saturday morning I called 2 other dealers and there was all kinds of reasons why they co I had lost a key fob for a vehicle I was transporting. On a Saturday morning I called 2 other dealers and there was all kinds of reasons why they couldn’t help me until next week when I would have to make an appointment I called Big 4, got a real person to answer the phone, the parts person ( Pat ) lined everything up for me and when I arrived the service people were already on board with my needs. ( Jo) the service writer was very accommodating. Had my fob programmed and was able to carry on with my delivery. Absolutely impressed with the response from this team for a customer who just walks in off the street with a problem👍👍 More
