Benton Fry Ford has awesome employees working there! They always treat you so well and go out of their way to make the customer happy! I bought my Escape there going on 4 years ago now and I am very happy with the vehicle and the service I get there everytime I go in!

"Very disappointed, Quality and service is very poor."

I bought used 2013 chrysler with 36k clicks. Expect it to be in good condition as its under warranty but there are certain things with are dealer resposibilty e.g saftey. I am located at the other end of toronto. They don't have a shuttle to pick you up for a 1 km distance.. We agreed on the price and they were suppose to repair a small dent. After the price finalising, they didnt want to repair the dent, then I figured out there were few accessories missing. They didnt want to pick up the cost. I ignored it. The price was not bad but the quality is hightly challanged.The car was not even properly shampooed from inside. It was snowing the day I picked up the car, after few days I noticed theres barely any tire tread left, eventhough I asked them earlier on the phone. The rotors and brakes are not good needs a repair/replace. When I taked to them they started giving excuses, you signed these papers, etc, etc. We can't take a gaurantee now. So, now I am thinking of paying myself, get saftey done, get the brakes fixed and charge them for all what needs to be done. I thought its a Ford dealership, it should have certain standard but customer service and quality of work is very poor. Make sure you guys double check before you pick up the car.

"False advertising/deceiving"

I called this dealer about 2 months ago on a used vehicle they had advertised. They asked for my number so they could check and call back. I don't live in the area but was there visiting a relative so called them to see the vehicle. A salesperson called me back to say, sorry, the vehicle has just been sold and is waiting for the deal to close and vehicle pick up. Fast forward 2 months later. I have already bought another vehicle, but would be willing to buy the make/model I want and sell what I purchased. I noticed the vehicle was still/up again on Autotrader. I also checked their website and the vehicle is listed there also. I inquired once again about the vehicle and was asked for my name/number so they could call back (the sales guy "wasn't sure" if it was already sold). He said something about a yellow flag on the listing (whatever). He called back in 1 minute saying the vehicle was sold and just waiting for pickup. These are the type of antics I would expect from a shady used car dealer, i.e., leaving the listing active well after the vehicle was sold just to get more calls. There is in fact, and has not been for some time, that vehicle at the dealer. The sales guys are obviously in on the whole thing as they do the same song and dance every time. I would think that a new car dealer would want a good reputation for dealing fairly and honestly with the public, their customers and prospective customers. I have spent hundreds of hours on Autotrader and other sites over the past several years as I buy/change vehicles more often than most people. I know this deceitful tactic goes on regularly in the used car business, and it was so obvious in this case I just had to write about it. I don't want to hear back from the dealer that the previous sale did not go through, blah, blah, blah. It was a done deal last time, and the behaviour of the sales reps was just obvious. Car guy

I bought a new truck and was very satisfied with them. Their price seems good and has lots of inventory to choose from. They will do their best to go above and beyond for the customer. If you have an issue they well do their best to resolve it for you. I would feel comfortable to have any service or warrantee work done here, because they are very honest. I would recommend this dealership to any one from my experience.
